Emergency out of hours contact details
GH Property Management acknowledges that some emergency issues can arise outside of normal office hours, and as such we provide an out of hours telephone line that is a 24-hour service for our clients, where appropriate, to deal with any emergency situations that may occur.
An emergency is identified as an incident creating a sudden state of danger to the property or its occupants, or a condition that requires immediate attention to avoid a significant detrimental impact to the property
Examples of such an emergency are as follows: flood, lift failure, entry system failure, sewage pump failure, health and safety incident.
